1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. The product must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition as received. Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.

3. Return Eligibility

✅ Eligible for Return

  • Defective or non-functioning product
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product damaged during shipping
  • Product not as described
  • Incomplete product / missing accessories

❌ Not Eligible for Return

  • Product used or installed
  • Physical damage caused by customer
  • Return requested after 7 days
  • Original packaging missing or damaged
  • Change of mind (unless product is defective)
  • Software products once downloaded

4. Refund Process & Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refund will be processed as follows:

  • Online payments (UPI/Card/Net Banking): Refund within 5–7 business days to original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer within 5–7 business days (share bank details)
  • In-store purchase: Refund or exchange available at our Guntur store

5. Exchange Policy

If you received a wrong or defective product, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for other eligible reasons, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
  • Products can also be returned directly to our store at Arundelpet, Guntur.
  • Please use a tracked shipping method to avoid disputes.

7. Warranty Claims

Products under warranty can be returned for replacement or repair within the warranty period. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage or misuse. Contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the issue to initiate a warranty claim.

  • Laptop batteries: 6–12 months
  • Laptop adapters: 3–6 months
  • Screens & keyboards: 3 months

8. Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned once sold:

  • Thermal paste and consumable items
  • Software licenses and digital products
  • Products sold as "as-is" or "non-returnable"
  • Customized or special order products
